Purpose:
The ethos of this group is to create fellowship by taking part in enriching experiences that broaden our horizons, as well as letting our collective presence broaden the horizons of others.
Fellowship:
Create trust, fellowship, and mentorship by creating opportunities to connect with successful Black professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs.
Thought and Action:
Generate and take action on ideas based on evidence, that really strengthens ownership and wealth within the Black community.
Contribute & Invest:
Coordinate efforts to meaningfully contribute and invest in bold initiatives that will have lasting positive impacts on the Black community.
Career Management:
Encourage, support, and sponsor the personal and professional development of the Collective.
Unity:
Collaborate with other organizations that support our vision.
